I HAVE NEVER APPLIED FOR A CAR LOAN BEFORE – IS IT DIFFICULT?

Not at all. Simply give us a call and answer a few questions. Once we have your details, we will work on your loan application and get back to you quickly, normally within a couple of hours. Even if your case is complex, we will help and will always do our best to provide a quotation that is suitable to match your needs and circumstances.

I NEED TO BUY MY CAR QUICKLY. WHEN WILL I GET A DECISION ON MY LOAN?

With straightforward cases we normally get back to you within 2 hrs. Even if your case is more complicated due to poor credit etc., we will get back to you the same day. We will phone you to advise how much the loan will be and discuss the repayments with you as it is important that they are affordable.

WILL I BE RESTRICTED TO BUYING MY CAR FROM JUST A FEW DEALERS?

No. Once you know how much you can borrow, you are free to go and select your vehicle from any well-known established dealer. With the finance already in place, you can negotiate the price as if you are buying with cash.

WILL I HAVE TO WAIT LONG TO PICK UP MY NEW CAR?

No. Once your finance is in place, you just need to sort out the collection of your car from your chosen dealer. Because our process is fast, once you have your decision from us, we just need paperwork to be completed; you may even by driving your new car home on the day your loan is approved.

IS THERE A LOT OF PAPERWORK TO COMPLETE?

No. Once you have your loan quotation and we have discussed it, you can then decide if you wish to go ahead. Once you give us the approval to process your loan, we will ask you to take proof of ID and maybe income verification to the dealer when you collect your car. It really is that simple.

MY LAST LOAN APPLICATION WAS REFUSED – IS IT REALLY WORTH ME APPLYING AGAIN?

The last time you made a loan application it was most probably to a company that did not help people who had a problem getting finance. Because we specialise in helping people with poor credit or who are self-employed, we network with lenders who will assess your suitability based upon affordability. That is why we check very carefully that your monthly loan repayment is affordable by you and fits within your budget.

HOW DO I MAKE THE MONTHLY PAYMENTS OFF MY LOAN?

You can make your regular payments by standing order by using our Bank Account Number and Sort Code. You can also phone us each month and pay by card over the phone.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO PAY YOU?

When you sign your agreement, you will choose the same date every month that you will pay us, either via Standing Order or card over the phone. After your first payment , if you need to change the date, just give us a call or email us.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MAKING MY PAYMENT?

If you think you will not be able to pay, let us know as soon as possible. We should be able to put a Payment Plan in place, although late charges may apply.

DO I OWN THE CAR ONCE I MAKE MY FINAL PAYMENT?

Yes. Once you have made the final payment. we will arrange for the HPI to be removed from the vehicle and get in touch with you to remind you to cancel any standing order with the bank.

HOW DO I SET UP MY STANDING ORDER?

When you sign your Agreement at the dealership, we will ask you for your bank details. The standing order will then be set up, if this is the payment option that you choose. If at any time you need our bank details, simply give us a call and we will provide account number and sort code.

DO YOU SEND ANNUAL STATEMENTS BY POST?

Yes. Every year we will send you a statement showing your payments to date and the balance still owing.

CAN I MAKE EARLY SETTLEMENT?

Yes, you can make early settlement of your loan at any time. Give us a call and ask for a settlement figure. At the same time, we will tell you how long the figure is valid for.
